We are proud to provide you with group health insurance. You are eligible for benefit coverage on the first of the month following sixty (60) days of employment. Deductions are made on a Semi-monthly basis. In the two (2) months with three (3) pay checks, deductions will be taken in the first two (2) pay checks only.
