I give it 4 stars because all insurance is too expensive but Epsilon does provide excellent health insurance and tries to keep the cost as low as possible.

Worst health plan I have ever had in my career. Its administered by a 3rd party that is not helpful and its over-engineered.

Worst: is the claims never match the bills, the insurance associates you speak with when help is needed are unprofessional, they don't keep records of your calls or emails so each time you call in you have to explain the issue from scratch, etc. The insurance company uses a third party vendor who submits inaccurate information. Then, the 3rd party and Cigna point fingers at each other, there's no accountability. It's absolutely awful!
Best: Luckily, I have an exec level connection within this insurance company, so as a last resort I contacted that person and received great support. But it wasn't because of Epsilon.
