Nice matching component with optional performance based matching. However, you have to have worked there three years before any of that vests.

Best thing is they match overall 5.5% total towards your 401k and they offer a Roth 401k, which can be rare. They have retirement age allocations, etc and have about 15 or 20 investment options. Pretty standard for 401ks as far as investment options

The worst thing about their 401(k) is the 2.5% match. The retirement plan is through Alight which has a very robust technology platform to check your balance and change your investment allocation
