AXA gives you different health insurance options: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna and United Health Care and they have different options within each plan: Bronze, Bronze Plus, Gold and Platnium. The deductible depends on what plan you choose. For the platinum option, you pay more out of pocket with no deductible. AXA pays part of the cost of insurance that is a nice perk.

Health insurance benefits of AXA Equitable are probably in line with that of other major insurance companies in the U. S.

HDHP is the only one that is affordable for a family without injuring the paycheck and if its really needed you could spend thousands on medical bills before the insurance company pays alot...it does cover office calls on a co pay basis but the actual hospital care has a minimum 2k deductible with 70/30 co insurance (BC/BS)
