20 days PTO per year .. Which should be used in same year . They are not carry forward to next year

Acrue 24 days a year

I think we get a minimum of 15 days.

You make your own Calendar and schedule as an advisor, so when you take time off, plan accordingly. The longer you are in the business, the more time you can take off because your business is "self running" at that point in many cases.

Vacation time is based on your years of service. Sick days are separate.

Good at more senior levels.

15-24 days a year depending on level

AXA gives you 22 PTO.
