Medical is prepaid by Ericsson, outside of your negotiated salary. They use Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plan, and the dental is better than any other plan I have seen.

Pretty good when I worked there. Didn't have much out of pocket expense.

The cost of insurance has gone up too much that it is becoming a challenge to maintain the same quality of service the same health providers gave in the past years. Some blame it on the Affordable Care Act, and others blame it on the cost cutting that the HR is actively working on. I blame it on both, but believe cost cutting has the biggest share of blame.
