This would have been a great benefit if you worked a 40hr work week or even 50hrs but it doesn't go that way is 70+ hrs a week because you work from home or remote. You are required to log-into Microsoft instant message platform lynch's and to be available via ping at all hours, so your regular day would be 6 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday Sat 8am tell 2pm and Sunday off.

you were allowed to work from home if ok with your boss and if you are sick or the weather was horrid then it was deemed very necessary. They do not like majority WFH though!
