United Health Care is the insurance company which is basic. I've had UHC at other companies and it's fine, no complaints about what they cover or who I can see for doctors. But during interviewing Esri brags about their Heath care but if you've worked at other Tech companies you quickly realize Esri's is just OK. Nothing special.
