Most of these bonuses are ballcaps or keychain lights!
The dock worker bonus is tied to the driver. One year a driver went to the Home Depot and "lost 40 water heaters" while doing "something." The manager had to go to the Home Depot and find them by serial number to protect my bonus. The dock worker bonus is a lie at best. It is tied to the performance of the driver and that is not fair.
