You get to work from home on Fridays and they used to be full remote during Covid, but the upper management demands people need to be in the office no matter how productive you are at home.

You get one day a week. If you need to work remote more you can depending on your manager. But it's still kind of annoying that you really even need to ask and you start to feel kind of guilty if you ask too often because it feels like people don't really want to let you.
