Vacation & Paid Time Off

The best thing about vacation and paid time off at Evolution is that it’s generally easy to request time off as long as you communicate in advance and doesn't conflict with other schedules. Along with open communication with your colleagues to see if they can be of assistance. The downside is that during busy periods or when staffing is tight, it can be harder to get the exact dates you want(holidays being the most difficult). Depending on your role, there may be limited flexibility if coverage is low, however you are made aware of the limit in flexibility.
