Anonymous Software QA Engineer

At the company, they call it "Parental Leave", which means it applies to both mothers and fathers who have newborns or newly adopted children. It is 6 weeks off with full pay that you can use up to 12 months after the qualifying event. Please note that this is NOT the same as FMLA.
