Out of state insurance doesn't have a decent local pool of people that are in network or allow me to keep the same doctor without paying higher amounts.

Terrible coverage. Expensive premiums. High deductible.

High cost and extraordinarily high deductible for all benefits plans. There are only one or two choices of plans per category (i.e. medical, vision, dental). Company is self insured.
