Medical Insurance is generally terrible and this one is no exception. Some providers are better than others, but they all need to go away for most of us.

A variety to choose from but only twice a year so make sure you pick the right one. HR is there to offer assistance with any questions you may have

The best thing is that they cover the basic essentials. However, they require you to pay some parts out of your own pockets.

There is a high premium to employee and deductibles are so high that it's just pay, pay, pay for employees. It should really be called "catastrophic emergency insurance"

Health Care starts at the beginning of the month after you join which is nice, compared to waiting 90 days.

Deductible is high but they provide up to 2k of it. You have to do a physical each year to get the full amount.
