Very low bonus (300-500) but they will try to convince you that the bonus is more....ITS NOT!
EXETERS scoring model is a joke....not even management understands or can help you understand how to bonus.
Ive seen people bonus who were not even at work the majority of the month, then people who worked hard all month end up on the bottom.
