Vacation & Paid Time Off

It is REALLY hard to get time off. Working holidays, no matter what your seniority, sucks. The only ones who don't have to are the leadership so everything is based around them. For example, though there are maybe a dozen administrators compared to the 500 agents in Las Vegas, the Christmas party is held during hours that most of the agents are working. You have to be there to be entered into the drawing for prizes, yet it ends before some agents even get off work & only an hour after the majority of the evening shift get off work. Thoughtless.

you start with 15 days a year, and this increases when reaching 3 years at expedia.

Slightly better than average PTO package, not tracked, not paid out at term. No carry forward of vacation days - use it or lose it.
