Absolutely awful insurance - extremely expensive and already a high deductible plan.

About the same coverage benefits as paying out of pocket for a state plan

Standard high deductible plans that are costly for families. The term benefits no longer means an addition to your salary, it is now becoming more standard to simply have a plan that you must pay into that does not really offer a discount compared to what you can purchase on your own.

Not very favorable for a family. Must meet high deductible before plan starts covering medical costs
