The discount was a privilege! I enjoyed the clothing, so it was just a huge gift to be given a discount on it. Holiday meetings were fun; games were played and you typically won a voucher to get a free accessory or bigger merchandise.

The discount is sufficient enough to get the apparel needed to work in the store every week.

40% is great on most items.

Can do better if willing to wait for sales. Clearance sales often provide better discount.

You have to spend at least 100 dollars to even get the discount. And they do it on certain days. So probably three days out of the month, is when your able to get 50 percent off your clothes.

You used to be able to use your rewards and points you earned in conjunction with your employee discount, but they discontinued that practice when they started cutting back on every possible thing. You can honestly probably save more money as a customer milking the coupons and rewards system along with the sales they have every couple of weeks.

You get 40% off your purchase, excluding the clothes that are on sale.
