Employee Discounts

Well it is a great discount of 40% but it can only be used on certain things so that is a bummer but it is overall the best. I don't work there for the discount but it certainly comes in handy when buying work clothes.

Great discount, applicable for sale items. Not applicable towards clearance. New hires get a special first purchase discount as well. The salary doesn't really provide much affordability to shop at Express, however, even with the discount

I love it. Because express is a little expensive, the discount really makes a difference

I really liked having such a large discount. It made it easy to access Express clothes to wear to work. However, the wage was not really enough even with the discount to make it worth it for me.

It's great you just can't use it in clearance items, or sale items that are higher than the discount.

Good discount, If you have a full time job that requires you to dress up, the employee discount is a good thing to have.

Wish it was a little bit more. Their clothes are a little pricey. You should definitely take advantage of the sales rack. also around black friday you are allowed to set a couple of things aside for yourself before the sale.

We get 40 percent off which is really cool! I used it for a couple of outfits I needed for other special events!
