Health Insurance

It is nice to be paid for Stat. holidays (Labor Day, New Years etc.). As long as I work the day/shift prior to and the day/shift after the holiday then I will get paid for the day. Unfortunately I only get paid for ONE day off at Thanksgiving and Christmas... not both.

To much to take out of a weekly check, for the amount a person makes in a week. You wouldn't have enough to pay your bills and buy groceries. It might work for someone who makes more than 15 dollars an hour, but from my experience, not to many temps make more than that.

Pretty much a joke b/c it is Very poor insurance...better off trying to pay out of pocket...

All programs at the time of my employment had a HUGE deductible and almost nothing was covered until the deductible was met; the "Health Insurance Plan" at the time I was there were three tiers of plans that were all basically "Indemnity Plans".

This health insurance does not pay for any surgerys, So if you are need in for a life or death surgery you will have to pat for it out of your own pocket

The insurance was a little pricey but the coverage is really good! I was able to cover my whole family for a decent price.

Limited plan is offered. Pay $20 a week but the insurance pays for very little. It is a "discount card"

You have to pay for it all yourself, limited doctors and clinics, high deductible. Some challenges dealing with the insurance company providing the benefits.
