the PTO benefits are decent. i mean, you get 4 weeks after 10 years.

only 2 weeks vacation for new employees

Very limited. Same bucket as sick days. If you have not accrued enough hours to cover it, it will automatically be an unpaid leave

10 days off a year to start

They provide two weeks vacation for new employees and five sick days, if you are salary. You do not get paid for jury duty time. If you need to take a medical leave, there is a high probability to be terminated. If you are salary and do not work at least 45 hours per week, you will be terminated.

Limited number of sick days. Company does not provide short term disability. They make you use your vacation time.

10 days vacation per year. 5 sick days per year.

2 weeks vacation for first 5 years 5 days sick pay is inadequate for many situations
