It's offered, but it's not as easy to use as some programs that provide you with a credit card for those purchases. Plus, the means of validating FSA purchases is kind of "clunky" since you have to "snail" mail in receipts.

If you put money into an account (i.e. daycare) you can pay the account before you pay any taxes! Then you can withdraw the money and reinburse yourself for money you have spent on health care, pharmacy items, and daycare!
