Great selection of mutual funds to invest in, and after-tax contributions available (you can roll after-tax money into a Roth IRA 4x per year, even if you are over the income limit to contribute directly to a Roth IRA - you want to do this; best way ever to pass money on to your dependents when you go, eventually - remember, you can't take it with you, and you don't want Trump to get his little hands on it).

Required vested time, which is like buying a model T instead of a BMW.
