They basically cover it all. It's great!

The health care coverage has a wide availability of options. Vision, dental, and medical are covered.

F5 offers a very good health insurance plan to their employees. I have not worked at other large-ish tech companies, though from what I hear, F5's is probably around average. However, the average health insurance benefit at a tech company is very good! Choice of a high deductible plan with HSA, or a traditional plan. Bottom line: though I've not had any catastrophic health issues, I've felt empowered to seek the care I want and need without any worry.
