Health Insurance

All federal employees hired after 1983 pay Social Security taxes, including the President, the Vice President, members of Congress, sitting federal judges, certain legislative branch employees, and most political appointees. The government collects these taxes in the same amounts as they would if these employees worked in the private sector at the same salary level.

I have insurance. There is a few insurance options which is limiting.

Expensive and not very good coverage

FAA and US Governmental jobs/positions are the bed funded and broadest in the world. The only bad thing would be the unavailability of US Gov employee health insurance for other global nations.

VERY expensive; if souse has health insurance, utilize theirs. Health insurance at the FAA is phenominally expensive.

health insurance coverage is broad and easy to use.

Its not perfect and can get expensive if one chooses the best plan that it is still not as good as the military insurance.
