2 high deductible and 2 copay options. Probably not the best rates for employees, but the coverage is good.

Good overall mix of health plans available to chose from

I had Cigna's Select PPO with an FSA. I usually met my out-of-pocket maximum by April and enjoyed the rest of the year at 100% coverage, including prescriptions. It was worth every penny and would go back to the company just for the insurance benefits.

Health Insurance is a little bit expensive but covers a lot. Good to have the plan.

Excellent coverage options at reasonable premiums. Much better than many people I know working in similar positions at other companies.
