Working from home is a wonderful option in the IT industry. Unfortunately this company does not provide that ability to everyone - only to the select few they want to allow. The problem is that there is no set in stone rule or regulation regarding this, so even mid level management can give it or take it away whenever they feel like it with no rhyme or reason.
