Good coverage. Out of pocket a bit high, but manageable.

Good: FINRA offers a variety of healthcare coverage options, which allows employees to choose the plan that best fits their needs. Healthcare coverage is comprehensive and provides access to a wide network of healthcare providers. FINRA offers wellness programs and resources to help employees stay healthy and manage chronic conditions. Not so good: Some copayments can be high, which can result in significant out-of-pocket costs.
