Low employee premiums for family (none for just employee)

FIRST RF pays 90% of the total cost for health insurance. As a result, getting coverage for the entire family is very affordable. Comparing FIRST RF's plan to my spouse's company plan (she works at a large medical devices company), my premiums were substantially less and the out of pocket maximum was 2k lower. FIRST RF has also recently started offering an HSA option, which they match. This is probably the best improvement to their health insurance the company has implemented.

Employee fully paid by employer for basic plan with reasonable buy ups for lower deductible plans. Inexpensive addition of dependents.
