Overall, standard FIS with decent company match. Nothing over that top, but was a good program for employees to take advantage of to it's max levels.

The most they will match is 3% of your base salary. Try to put aside 6% of your base salary in to your 401k to fully take advantage of the 401k. You are fully vested after 3 years with the company (meaning you get to keep 100% of the money that the company contributed to your 401k). If you leave the company before the 1 year mark, they retain the company contributed portion of your 401k.

Average plan with 3% match. The choice of investment at Vanguard was very good.
