Typical program for large organizations.

Average number of sick days. I think it was about 80 hours of sick time.

There are enough of these to get by when there is no pandemic in place.

THey have a pretty good 401k plan, they match like up to 10%, and their employee stock purchase program is nice... although they recently made it less valuable by making you hold it for a year before selling.

5 days per year. If you have anymore expect to lose wages and get put on a performance monitoring plan by your manager

Typical 5 sick days per year. No allowance for caring for a sick child (i.e. you cannot officially use a sick day for the purpose of caring for one of your sick children. This is especially difficult if you are a single mother.

Employee can accrue up to 5 days (40 hours) of sick time and can rollover up to 15 days year over year. Must accrue vacation to use it.

Poor sick day plans. Should be more lenient here.

Best - all employees accrue sick time. Worst - there is a cap to the amount you can accumulate
