A good mix of paid and unpaid leave for parents. Downside is that they don’t do a great job of backfilling roles while you are on leave so everyone else picks up the extra work.

Paid leave is too short. You can take more unpaid but few people are in the position to do that. There is also not enough support/budget for the teams in-office when a team member is out on LOA.
