Ample vacation time is provided

With tenure, you get sufficient time off and flexible options for your time out of the office.

Flexibility of working remotely when needed, especially during the holidays.

Start at 15 days + "2 Moments that Matter" days. Vacation increases by one day per year and maxes out at 25 days.

Expires at the end of the year. It does mean that the culture is to take all of it, but it is also difficult to plan for all of it.

Employees accrue an extra day of vacation each year of service.

Best: In the US you max out at 27 vacation days and 7 sick/personal days. While the office is open, I have only had to start going into the office once a month, which is nice. On the other hand, I have been unable to formalize that arrangement, and might be required to come in more soon.
