Diversity Programs

Last year Fanatics took their diversity and inclusion commitment seriously and developed an entire educational plan with free courses for employees, panels several times a year, and multiple groups you can join to help make the company more diverse and inclusive. As someone marginalized on multiple levels, I have been impressed with their efforts. Particularly their willingness to accept criticism, make changes where needed, listen to their employees, and grow from their mistakes.
