Due to Covid everyone that doesn't work in a production facility is permitted to work from home. Going in the office is voluntary only, there is a system in place to keep the number of employees onsite at one time low, everyone onsite must be vaccinated and must still wear masks in common areas and social distance. And if you have valid reasons to work remotely permanently, you can submit documents to HR to have that considered.
