Vacation & Paid Time Off

Go to work and you will accumulate enough hours to where you can have a descent vacation. Don't call in much or take advantage of HR and your managers on time. Of course, they don't take too kindly to that. Perform at your best, you'll get fair compensation. Benefits with insurance do go up and down.

Owner was flexible with days off

Paid time off after one year - only 5 days. Another 5 after another year of working

You get 5 paid days after you've worked there a year (at least at both stores I worked at) and then 10 days off after two years and that's it. They don't roll over and you don't get them paid out if you don't use them.

It starts after 1 year

In order to get paid time off you must work there for 1 year. I think that's a bit ridiculous most companies I've ever worked for the waiting time is only 3 months or most 6 months but because each store is owner operated that's how this location works

They gave me 1 week after the first year employeed

Vacation and paid time off are very good

Small company but decent time allowed
