Decent 401k options to invest in

Recent changes provide fewer options than before, but the coverage for health benefits is still good.

The benefits are comprehensive. They offer almost every benefit you can think of (and maybe some you might not think of). The cost to employees is reasonable, and the HR solution they use makes it easy to manage your benefits and see breakdowns of your cost.

Benefits are not as robust as some Silicon Valley companies for example, but definitely better than what I've seen at other small/growing companies. 401k matching is a bit on the low side (50 c to a dollar up to 3%)

Benefits are good, especially for a small company.

Best thing: lots of options, and the company pays 80%! Worst thing: Vision insurance is optional out of pocket, but the cost is very low, so it's not a big deal.
