Employee Discounts

It is a very good employee discount probably the best I have ever had. You pay about cost. Sometimes less

Cost plus 15%. The standard is generally 10-15% over cost at any company. Occasionally you will find better deals on the product elsewhere, but not often. Fasteners are especially dirt cheap. Much of this also depends on your GM. If they make you pay S&H it often kills the deal. Most GM's don't make you pay it.

Employee discount? Not really - The markup on products is almost criminal, but they give employees a "benefit" of employee discount, not really a discount because you can buy it at Home Depot for less than the "Employee Discount" price.

Pretty much anything the company offers for cost and a small percentage.

Company still makes 15% on employee purchases to "cover costs" to the company. If they make 15% on their employees, what does that say they do to their customers?

I never used the employee discount, but I read it is decent.
