Health Insurance

I might as well not have had insurance. It doesn't cover much.

I am a part time employee so I have no opportunity for health insurance. From what I hear it is very expensive .

Kaiser or Blue Cross/Blue Shield. HMO or Ultra High Deductible PPO, those are your choices.

In comparing the health plan with other options my family was very satisfied with the coverage we have. Knowing the history of how little Fastenal has reduced coverage / increased employee contribution to plan shows the commitment to employees.

Very high premium for the service. Deductible just as high.

None sure , does not apply to me . But I have heard it is not that great.

High Deductible, Haven't had to use it too much. There is only two options Single and Family so if you have one Dependent of Five it is the same cost.
