In comparing the health plan with other options my family was very satisfied with the coverage we have. Knowing the history of how little Fastenal has reduced coverage / increased employee contribution to plan shows the commitment to employees.

High Deductible, Haven't had to use it too much. There is only two options Single and Family so if you have one Dependent of Five it is the same cost.
