Best- there was a EAP and a small Merrill Lynch 401K program
Worst- Merrill Lynch program has crazy fees, awful health insurance, 5 days a year for vacation for the first 5 years of employment

I was part time and received No benefits. But I did enjoy the flexible schedule. They were very willing to work with me regarding my hours.

Pretty generic benefits package. Not anything special...but they cover the basics.

The coverage is by Blue Cross/Blue Shield. The coverage is terrible. The 401K Program is great depending on the stock market.

the pricing on the health and dental insurance is kinda steep. Not pleased they they do not do employer matching on 401k, and that it's based on company performance as a whole.
