If you forget to set an amount for the 401K plan, like I did it's ok!!! They have a set amount and start putting toward that once you are eligible. Very easy to make changes if needed.

Fedex offers 401K as well as a portable pension plan. The 401k plan is administered by Vanguard. This plan is supported by a company match based on your income.
