As far as Fedex is not a union company, they have flight benefits with all airlines. They too have what they call "jump seat". This is a free flight anywhere in the world where FEDEX services for free. You are seated in a aircraft freight plane that has no attendant or sound control as on a passenger airliner.

Airline and shipping discounts were given as long as permanent status was given. Shipping discount was 80% and not quite sure on how much of a discount for airline discounts were but very substantial.

They offer a percentage of employee discounts at all FedEx-Kinko's facilities (stores and shops), even for part time employees, as well.

I used once and it wasnt bad. Sometimes I didnt have the money to pay some of discounted things. Also they dont let fedex ground employee know about these perks. Should be something they talk about on their team meeting
