They train you very well

Their job training is suited for those who have no ability to think for themselves.

There is quite a bit of computer and video training before being allowed to operate machinery, which I believe is very important for the safety of everyone in the facility. Once the initial hiring training is done indoors, you're required to be certified to operate each machine before you're allowed to use them.

Seems outdated, management doesn't take it seriously, most of it is written by people who don't have any experience driving or doing any of the training that they are teaching you for. It'd be nice to have an advocate that knew the industry showing you and telling you what was going on.

Training is two weeks long and they kinda rush you through it and it's not set in the best environment

Depending on what person is doing the training. Some employees should not be training. Some should.

Great training from competent supervisors and leaders

Job training really prepares you for the position.

FedEx Freight had excellent job training for its' associates. We were flown to Florida for a week long intensive training that covered the foundation needed to be successful in our roles.
