I can't speak highly enough of this benefit. FedEx paid for my MBA. I only paid for books and 1 class that I withdrew from.
You do have to plan carefully if you use this benefit. It is tuition reimbursement, so you have to get a good grade for them to reimburse you. Also, if you are going for your undergrad degree, it has to be something FedEx related, like business (not medicine).
It took me 6 years to get my MBA, but worth it!
