There is not any tuiton at all

I know they have it but I never needed it. I eleive you have to kept your grades up and must stay with them for a year

there was a clear explanation of my tuition assistance payment although the specialty of my course of study was not covered in full

Tuition assistance is offered if needed.

I was able to take advantage of this benefit and it would be great just to add a little more dollars!

There isn't any for contractors

I can't speak highly enough of this benefit. FedEx paid for my MBA. I only paid for books and 1 class that I withdrew from. You do have to plan carefully if you use this benefit. It is tuition reimbursement, so you have to get a good grade for them to reimburse you. Also, if you are going for your undergrad degree, it has to be something FedEx related, like business (not medicine). It took me 6 years to get my MBA, but worth it!
