Health coverage went down and price went up as well as co-pays when they switched from Cigna to Blue Cross. It's still pretty good insurance but not near as good as it used to be.

the best thing about the health insurance is that they pay the majority of the plan so you only come out of your pocket when you visit your provider.

It is available right away from day one and they offer 3 levels of benefit to choose from. I don't think there is a downside to the health insurance benefit.
