The 401K plan is administered by Empower Retirement, LLC which offers users everything the other big players offer like Fidelity. This includes advice, projected income, a list of funds and a brokerage window. Additionally, Fifth third offers up to a 7% employer match.

Their 401K is very comparable to other companies in the industry. My biggest complaint is that is has been excruciating to get rolled over.

Good matching program in 401K - the bad thing, with over 23% turn over, one does not get the opportunity to create long term wealth with Fifth Third 401K program. Average employee career is about 5 years..... sad
