401k is great hopefully they will add a company matching program soon.
The vacation provided is ok. I'm still new and I hope that management is supportive of the use of it. It's too soon for me to tell but the overall program seems good.
We have a great kitchen that is stocked with healthy snacks and lots of drink options. Including a machine that makes great coffee including lattes, mocha's and espresso.
