If you are management you are able to receive one free meal per shift worked. If you are a regular employee you are able to receive 50% off of your meal while on the clock. Any employee off the clock only receives 10% off their meal.

50% off not so bad, all the subs amount to 8 bucks and you get a medium for 2 something or 3 depending which one.

They are a vastly growing company but yet can't give a little more to their employee's, besides Team members getting half of one sub, but not the most expensive one(by $.30), and any manager+ gets one free sub per shift.
