A little prevention usually goes a long way—especially in healthcare. Routine exams and regular preventive care provide an inexpensive review of your health.

We offer you the option of an HRA plan.

With the HRA, you may select where you receive your medical services. If you use in-network providers, your costs will be less.

The plan has a $2,500 deductible for individuals and $5,000 for families. Daiohs contributes toward that deductible via a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) up to a maximum of $500 for individual or $1,000 for family.

For our CA employees, we also offer 2 different HMO plans.
