Good matching funds rates by the Company. Downside is that the switch to a new plan record keeper resulted in online inquiry tools that were not as good as the ones provided by the previous record keeper.

Company matches 6% but hard to contribute to when you are solely contributing to your HSA and have your deductible to pay and have your normal bills to pay.

Company matches up to 6%. Almost impossible to contribute to if you're paying bills and paying your deductible and contributing to HSA. Especially with the low pay rate.
